In a world projected toward an increasingly sustainable future and looking more and more at choices that allow for lower economic and environmental impacts, it is important to focus on all the alternatives that the machine tool market offers. In this regard, UCIMU last year published its first Sustainability Report, which demonstrates the machine tool industry's growing focus on sustainability in the ESG (governance, social and environmental) sphere, which can offer some interesting insights, especially in the last item.<\/p>\n
In fact, the environmental sustainability of the industry is realized by acting according to the principles of circular economy, resource saving (energy and materials) and minimization of environmental impact, including through the realization of machines, plants and components that enable the circularity of the value chain by placing, in addition, as a top priority, the design and manufacture of safe and technologically advanced machinery. In this sense, it is undeniable that the purchase of used machinery represents an advantageous solution in both environmental terms - since a second life is given to a piece of machinery that is still capable of performing to high production standards - and economic terms.<\/p>\n
Un altro fattore del quale bisogna tenere conto \u00e8 la disponibilit\u00e0 immediata dell\u2019usato rigenerato: al giorno d\u2019oggi, infatti, la supply chain \u00e8 in difficolt\u00e0 a causa anche della mancanza di componentistica; questo fa s\u00ec che la consegna di una macchina nuova spesso impieghi anche diversi mesi. Il mercato dell\u2019usato risponde a questa esigenza, perch\u00e9 l\u2019impianto \u00e8 gi\u00e0 visibile e pronto dopo poche settimane di lavorazione, permettendo di essere gi\u00e0 produttivi entro un tempo molto pi\u00f9 breve. Oltre a tale vantaggio, l\u2019acquisto di macchinari usati offre alle piccole imprese e agli imprenditori l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di espandere le proprie capacit\u00e0 produttive, cosa altrimenti impedita dai costi proibitivi dei macchinari nuovi, che polverizzerebbero il budget destinato ad altre importanti implementazioni.<\/p>\n
La riduzione dei costi iniziali libera risorse che possono essere investite in altre aree della produzione o della distribuzione, contribuendo a ottimizzare l\u2019utilizzo delle risorse disponibili. Questa scelta consente di ottimizzare e ridurre l\u2019impatto dei costi iniziali per un\u2019azienda in crescita, a patto che si abbiano chiari gli obiettivi per i quali si sta effettuando l\u2019acquisto.<\/p>\n
Va anche detto che in questo modo gli impianti di fascia pi\u00f9 alta, a volte nemmeno presi in considerazione perch\u00e9 troppo costosi, diventano invece acquistabili: questo significa poter contare su un impianto estremamente affidabile, a differenza di un nuovo di fascia pi\u00f9 bassa, che potrebbe non rispettare il livello promesso di servizio. Peraltro, optare per macchinari usati permette di minimizzare il rischio di effettuare un acquisto errato, pur garantendo praticamente gli stessi vantaggi di un impianto nuovo; la scelta dell\u2019usato rigenerato permette inoltre di aggiornare i propri macchinari con maggiore frequenza (non avendo le stesse spese di acquisto del nuovo) e risulta pi\u00f9 semplice poter sostituire i macchinari con modelli di volta in volta sempre pi\u00f9 avanzati, senza dovere spendere cifre esose.<\/p>\n
